You will be the bridge between the client’s commercial goals and our engineering expertise, taking technical ownership of projects spanning sophisticated e-commerce platforms, complex booking engines, and five-star mobile applications. You must be comfortable managing the integration of intricate systems, transforming legacy platforms into modern, scalable assets, and translating business needs into clear, actionable technical programmes of work.

Goals For Your First Three Months
- Embed completely within your assigned project team, establishing trust and technical credibility immediately.
- Audit the project plan and technical architecture, proactively identifying and mitigating potential delivery risks.
- Master our internal processes and delivery-focused methodology, ensuring all client communication and reporting is transparent and timely.
- Lead the successful delivery of a significant project milestone or product release, proving your ability to handle immovable deadlines.

Must Have
- Project Delivery Expertise: Proven track record of successfully managing the full lifecycle of complex software development projects (e.g., e-commerce, transactional systems).
- Technical Acumen: Strong knowledge of current IT and software development technologies (e.g., API integration, cloud services, modern web frameworks).
- Methodology Proficiency: Extensive experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and an ability to tailor practices to suit the delivery-focused methodology.
- Stakeholder Management: Exceptional skill in requirements gathering, expectation setting, and transparent reporting to senior client personnel.
- Risk and Issue Management: Proactive and methodical approach to anticipating, tracking, and resolving technical and programme-level roadblocks.
Nice-to-Have
- Experience managing projects involving legacy system modernisation and complex data migration to achieve a single customer view.
- Experience with large-scale projects in the entertainment, leisure, or retail sectors.
- Formal certification in project management (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP, Certified Scrum Master).
- Experience managing multi-disciplinary teams (UX, front-end, back-end, QA).
